本文对２ｌ例单纯性精囊炎性血精症的中西医结合治疗进行ｌ临床分析，并对本症的成因、临床分型及鉴别诊断作初步研讨，结果表明，中西医结合方法疗效显著，同时亦提示选择有效的抗生素及滋补肾阴、祛湿清热利尿，佐以凉血止血方药的中西医治疗是治愈本症的关键。
