通过对铁路货运部门营销工作存在问题的分析,从完善运输营销机制,运力保障机制、奖罚考核机制 3个方面提出了加强货运营销、提高铁路竞争力的改革方法。
Through the analysis of the existing problems in the marketing work of the railway freight transportation department, this paper puts forward the reform methods to strengthen the freight transportation marketing and improve the railway competitiveness from the aspects of perfecting the transportation marketing mechanism, the transportation capacity safeguard mechanism and the rewards and punishments appraisal mechanism.
