对一些分别试验运转了不同时间的轴承内圈采用扫描声显微米(SAM)测量了泄漏表面声波(LSAW)波速的深度分布,以评价滚动轴承的滚动接触疲劳。同时采用X射线衍射法测量内圈的残余应力和半值宽,以便与LSAW波速的特性相比较。在这种试验状态下,尽管从这两种X射线参量的分布中未能观察到滚动接触疲劳与运转时间的关系,但从 LSAW波速的分布中却得到了反映。我们证实 SAM是用于评价轴承滚动接触疲劳程度的一种有效手段。
The depth distribution of the leaky surface acoustic wave (LSAW) wave velocity was measured by scanning acoustic microscopy (SAM) on some of the inner rings of the bearing, which were separately tested and operated at different times to evaluate the rolling contact fatigue of the rolling bearing. At the same time, the residual stress and half-value width of the inner ring were measured by X-ray diffraction to compare with the LSAW wave velocity. In this experimental condition, although the relationship between rolling contact fatigue and running time can not be observed from the distribution of the two X-ray parameters, the distribution of LSAW wave velocity is reflected. We confirm that SAM is an effective tool for evaluating the degree of rolling contact fatigue of bearings.
