概述了叶片的几种检测方法 ,例如 :着色探伤法、涡流探伤法、射线探伤法 ,以及超声波探伤法。其中一些方法是基于检测中获得的经验而予以考虑的。本文还对一种新的 UT(超声波探伤 )方法作了介绍 ,这种 UT方法易于转化成实际可行的现场检查法。为此 ,已开发出一种大口径 VTT探头 ,使用这种专用探头 ,能够检测出不同的叶片特性 ,例如 :涂层厚度、裂纹及其大小、剥离以及机械特性
Several methods for detecting leaves are outlined, such as the method of color inspection, eddy current inspection, radiographic inspection, and ultrasonic inspection. Some of these methods are based on experience gained in testing. This article also introduces a new method of UT (ultrasonic flaw detection) that is easily transferable to a practical on-site inspection method. To this end, a large-caliber VTT probe has been developed that uses this specialized probe to detect different blade characteristics such as coating thickness, crack and size, stripping, and mechanical properties
