各位领导、各位前辈、各位同行: 《路基工程》第五次编委扩大会议,经过三天紧张而又活泼的活动,今天就要结束了。参加这样的会议,心情是舒畅的。我感到这次会议有些特点: 一是:参加会议的成员有廖副部长,他不是以副部长的身份,而是以《路基工程》积极分子的身份,以老铁路、老行家的身份参加会议,同大家一起交流意见,进行讨论。他发言最踊跃,以他几十年的丰富的经验,一遍又一遍地讲述了路基工程的重要性和如何办好《路基工程》杂志。这是我从来没有经历过的。
