随着时代的不断进步,人才间的竞争也日益激烈,同样对于人才的评价标准也越来越多元化。在这种趋势下,音乐素养也成为了人才评价的标准之一。我国对于音乐的教育通常从小学开始,因为培养出良好的音乐素养会使学生们未来的发展的道路更加广阔。所以小学音乐老师在课堂上不再只是教学生们学几首儿歌,认几章简谱,而是追求对小学生们音乐素养的培养。因此音乐老师在教学中不仅要提升学生们唱歌跳舞的技巧,而且在音乐中渗透对音律美的欣赏和个人品位的提升。
