“学会学习、学会做事、学会共同生活、学会生存”已经成为21世纪教育规划和人才培养的一个全球性发展的战略目标。纵观现在的学生,大部分是独生子女,他们的合作学习能力一般较差,养成良好的与他人合作的习惯并不容易。这就需要我们教师在课堂上进一步倡导合作学习,让合作学习在学生心中生根、开花、结果。下面,笔者就当前的“小组合作学习”过程的培养谈谈自己的看法:一、让学生体会到合作的甜头教师有目的地设置一些题目,让学生学会合作。如在数右图小正方体的个数时,有的小组的答案是:先数最上面的一层,再数中间的一层,最后数最下面的
