目的观察血脂异常的初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者强化降糖治疗后血脂谱的变化。方法将80例T2DM患者随机分为门冬胰岛素30组和瑞格列奈组,疗程为12周,比较两组血糖达标近似条件下的血脂差异。结果治疗12周后,FPG、2hPG、HbA_1c、TC、TG、LDL-C较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);两组的HDL-C较治疗前明显升高,组间无明显差异。但TG、LDL-C的下降幅度,门冬胰岛素30组明显大于瑞列奈组(P<0.05)。结论在降糖幅度相似的条件下,胰岛素组降低TC、TG、LDL-C的幅度大于瑞格列奈组。
Objective To observe the changes of blood lipid profile after intensive hypoglycemic treatment in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes (T2DM) with dyslipidemia. Methods Eighty patients with T2DM were randomly divided into insulin aspart 30 and repaglinide groups. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. The difference of blood lipid between the two groups was approached. Results After treatment for 12 weeks, FPG, 2hPG, HbA 1c, TC, TG, LDL-C were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). HDL-C in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, with no significant difference between the two groups. However, the decreasing extent of TG and LDL-C in insulin aspart 30 group was significantly higher than that in the reline group (P <0.05). Conclusion Under the same hypoglycemic rate, the magnitude of TC, TG and LDL-C in insulin group is larger than that in repaglinide group.
