目的比较不同测定方法对大鼠外周运动神经传导速度(MNCV)测定结果的影响。方法分别以在体间接测定和分离神经后间接测定方法测定大鼠运动神经兴奋传导时间,比较所得到的MNCV之间的差异。结果在体和分离神经所测得的传导时间和传导速度值之间均无明显性差异,且测定结果之间均显著相关。结论采用在体测定与分离神经测定所得到的大鼠MNCV之间具有一致性,两种方法均能反映MNCV的变化情况。
Objective To compare the effects of different measurement methods on the measurement of peripheral nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) in rats. Methods The excitatory conduction time of motor nerve in rats was determined by indirect in vivo measurement and indirect neuroepithelial separation respectively, and the difference between the obtained MNCV was compared. Results There was no significant difference between conduction time and conduction velocity measured in vivo and in isolated nerve, and the results were significantly correlated. Conclusion Consistency was found between rat MNCV obtained by in vivo assay and isolated neuron assay. Both methods can reflect the changes of MNCV.
