胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)是一类结构与胰岛素类似的小分子多肽,属于胰岛素样生长因子家族中的一员,具有非常复杂的生物学功能,在细胞的分化、增殖及个体的生长发育中有重要促进作用。IGF-Ⅰ除了对骨骼肌的生长发育有重要调节作用之外,对机体其他组织器官的生长发育也有非常重要的意义。弄清楚IGF-Ⅰ的作用机理将会推动整个畜牧业的发展,带来经济效益。文章主要对IGF-Ⅰ与骨骼肌生长发育之间关系的研究进展进行了综述。

It belongs to a member of insulin-like growth factor family and has very complicated biological functions. In the process of cell differentiation, proliferation and individual Growth and development have an important role in promoting. IGF-Ⅰ in addition to the growth and development of skeletal muscle have an important regulatory role, the growth and development of other tissues and organs of the body is also of great significance. It is clear that the mechanism of action of IGF-I will promote the development of animal husbandry and bring economic benefits. The article mainly reviewed the research progress on the relationship between IGF-Ⅰ and skeletal muscle growth and development.
