半胱胺和胱胺以非胃肠道给药后很容易被吸收,胱胺部分地还原为半胱胺。胱胺在机体内分布是不均匀的。放射防护物质在不同组织中达到最高水平的时间的不同——从给药后2.5分钟到30分钟,此时间与发生最大放射防护作用的时间差不多一致。胱胺和半胱胺大部分积聚在红系造血组织,肠道和排泄器官。本研究目的是测定给无效剂量胱胺(20毫克/公斤)及给最适防护剂量(50毫克/公斤)于发生最大放射防护作用时期各器官中总SH物质和非蛋白SH物质的浓度。
Cysteamine and cystamine are readily absorbed after parenteral administration and cystamine is partially reduced to cysteamine. Cystamine distribution in the body is not uniform. The difference in the time it takes for a radioprotective to reach its highest level in different tissues - from 2.5 minutes to 30 minutes after administration - is approximately the same as the time to maximum radiological protection. Most cystamine and cysteamine accumulate in erythroid hematopoietic tissues, gut and excretory organs. The purpose of this study was to determine the concentrations of total SH and non-protein SH species in various organs at the time of maximum radioprotection for the ineffective dose of cystamine (20 mg / kg) and for the optimal dose of protective agent (50 mg / kg).
