以集合论和图论为方法论,以图模型理论GMCR为框架,就决策者在强度偏好下的结盟稳定性展开研究。结合简单偏好下结盟稳定性的定义及逻辑关系,根据对手的反击程度将强度偏好下的标准结盟稳定性分为强结盟稳定性和弱结盟稳定性。将强度偏好下的结盟稳定性应用于“巴斯夫重庆MDI项目进驻三峡库区冲突事件”实际案例中。案例表明,本文提出的方法对国家从战略层面破解环境资源冲突提供了借鉴思路。
Taking set theory and graph theory as methodologies and GMCR graph theory as framework, the stability of alliance under the strength preference of decision makers is studied. According to the definition and logical relationship of the alliance stability under the simple preference, the standard alliance stability under the strength preference is divided into the strong alliance stability and the weak alliance stability according to the opponent’s counterattack. Applying the alliance stability under intensity preference to the actual case of “BASF Chongqing MDI project stationed in the conflict area of the Three Gorges reservoir area”. The case shows that the method proposed in this paper provides a reference for the country to crack the conflict of environmental resources from the strategic level.
