随着高等教育改革的不断深化,高校的经济活动日趋复杂,高校财务管理的领域不断延伸,而传统的高校财务管理把重点放在货币资金管理及经常性支出控制上,缺少主动认识和适应高等教育管理变化的能动性,不能主动参与竞争,与时俱进,传统的财务管理习惯已经不能满足现代高等教育事业发展的需要。
