笔者于87年秋季利用覆盖平菇床的废报纸(已长满菌丝)进行直接出菇试验,收到了较高产量。现将试验情况简报如下:供试菌种为沔粮杂交3号平菇,于9月6日投料,24日菌丝吃透整个培养料,料面覆盖的报纸也已布满了绒毛状菌丝。此时将报纸揭下捏成团,做成长×宽×厚为35×135×15cm 的厢子,既不加水也不增播菌种,稍加压实后覆薄膜。10月2日现蕾,10月8日
