90年代初 ,西方文献报道的艾滋病病人医疗费用差别很大。本文回顾过去十五年的有关文献 ,发现不同的资料收集方法对艾滋病医疗费用的高低影响很大。故强调在比较或利用此类研究结果时 ,除考虑研究地点、研究时间不同外 ,尚需考虑不同的研究对医疗费用的定义 ;影响患者就医状况的某些特征的构成 ,如病期构成、医疗费用支付方式构成、感染途径构成等 ;资料来源 ;以及治疗方式等内容。
Early 90s, Western literature reported that AIDS patients medical costs vary widely. This article reviews the literature over the past fifteen years and finds that different methods of data collection have a significant impact on the cost of HIV / AIDS care. Therefore, it is emphasized that when comparing or using the results of such studies, in addition to considering the place of study and the research time, different studies need to consider the definition of medical expenses; the composition of certain characteristics that affect the medical condition of patients, such as the constitution of disease, The composition of the payment of medical expenses, the route of infection, etc .; the sources of information; and the treatment methods.
