档案资源与其他物质资源一样具有相同的物质属性。但档案信息资源又具有显示自身个性的特点。本文从事物的变化和发展的规律方面,分析了档案资源的隐形价值向显性价值转化的规律,以期求得档案资源价值社会实践的最大化。
Archival resources have the same material attributes as other material resources. However, the file information resources have the characteristics of displaying their own personality. This article analyzes the law of transforming the invisible value of the file resources into the dominant value from the aspect of the change and development of things, in order to maximize the value of the file resources and social practice.
