分层教学是多元化教学改革的重要模式,针对学生的个体差异,有计划、分目标地帮助学生学习,是一种兼顾个体与整体教学效果的教学方法。分层教学法的实施,离不开对学生合理、科学的分组,分组教学法是目前高校英语教学改革中效果比较好的一种教学方法。本文从分组教学法的特点及实施现状出发,分析其在实际应用中存在的主要问题,并探讨分组教学模式的改革途径,适应社会人才需求机制的新要求。
Layered teaching is an important mode of diversified teaching reform. According to the individual differences of students, there are plans and points to help students learn. It is a teaching method that takes into account the individual and overall teaching effects. The implementation of hierarchical teaching method is inseparable from the reasonable and scientific grouping of students. The group teaching method is a teaching method that is better in the current college English teaching reform. Based on the characteristics and implementation status of group teaching method, this paper analyzes the main problems in practical application and explores the reform methods of group teaching mode and the new requirements of social talent demand mechanism.
