教师写教案、上课都是围绕教学目标进行的,教学目标是教师课堂教学的一个标准,衡量一节课的教学效果好不好,就是看这一节课学生是否达到这个标准。一节课的教学效果能否达到标准,除了与选择恰当的教学方法和师生的配合有关外,还与教学目标确定是否具体化有很大关系。没有具体的、可测量的教学目标,教师对课堂教学效果就很难做到心中有数。在撰写教案中充分体现具体化教学目标,在课堂教学中分步实现具体化教学目标,一节课的教学效果就容易达到标准。
