随着课改实验工作的推进与深化,人们愈来愈清晰地认识到创新教学组织形式和管理机制的重要性,加强与课改相适应的学校教学管理制度研究的必要性。如果没有相应的管理制度和体系来支撑和保障,新课程改革是很难推进与深化。建立适应新课程改革的现代学校教学管理制度,是学校落实课程计划,稳定教学秩序,提高教学质量,实现培养目标的基本保证。因此中小学的学校管理体系和制度的改革和创新就显得尤为重要。
With the advancement and deepening of the experimental work of curriculum reform, people are more and more clearly aware of the importance of innovative teaching organizational form and management mechanism, and to strengthen the study of the school teaching management system in line with the curriculum reform.
