广东省农科院从1976年9月开展甘蔗组织培养技术研究以来,在选用供体材料、消毒防污染、筛选培养茎、提高愈伤组织诱导率、绿苗分化率、幼苗移栽成活率等方面的技术已基本掌握,为组织培养在生产上应用打下了一定的基础。此项研究曾获得1979年省级技改之等奖。为了进一步探明甘蔗组织培养在生产上应用的效果,我们继续进行了下列研究工作。
