通过对23个品种辐射诱变获得的222个突变体形态特征和农艺性状的观察分析,其结果:单一性状变异的突变体仅占6.5%;二至三个性状变异的占42%;四至五个性状变异率占48.7%;六个以上性状变异的占13.1%。由此表明:辐射能同时引起几个性状的变异。通过测试分析表明,还获得了高蛋白突变体、矮秆突变体和早熟突变体,这些材料将在今后的育种中发挥其重要作用。本文还简述了突变体对白叶枯病及稻瘟病的抗性变化,并对其在抗病育种中的价值进行了初步探讨。
The morphological characteristics and agronomic traits of 222 mutants obtained from 23 varieties of radionuclides were observed and analyzed. The results showed that only 6.5% of mutants with single trait mutation, 42% with two to three trait mutations and four to five Variation rate of personality traits accounted for 48.7%; variation of more than six traits accounted for 13.1%. This shows that: radiation can cause several traits of variation. Through the test and analysis, we also obtained high protein mutants, dwarf mutants and precocious mutants, which will play an important role in breeding in the future. This article also briefly described the resistance of the mutant to bacterial blight and rice blast, and discussed its value in the disease-resistant breeding.
