“万般皆下品,唯有读书高”与“知识就是力量”应是中国老百姓家喻户晓的俗语,然而,一个无可争议的事实是新“读书无用论”正在我国广大农村蔓延,农村居民对高等教育的支持心理在动摇。本文试图从农村学生在高等教育消费中的现状、高等教育成本与收益失衡和高等教育的社会分层功能弱化三个方面分析农村学生对高等教育的信任危机原因,最后进行相应对策探讨。
However, one undisputed fact is that the new theory of “reading uselessness” is spreading in vast rural areas of our country. “It is a common saying of all Chinese people that knowledge is power.” , The support of rural residents for higher education is shaken. This paper attempts to analyze the rural students’ crisis of trust in higher education from three aspects: the status quo of rural students in the consumption of higher education, the imbalance between the cost and benefit of higher education and the weakening of the social stratification function of higher education. Finally, the countermeasures are discussed.
