在业余体校任教已经多年,我在田径训练中发现,运动训练对少年儿童的身体生长发育,运动能力的发展完善以及心理上意志品质的培养等方面都有积极的影响。因此,在训练中要在掌握孩子身心特点的基础上,合理地进行运动训练,否则不仅不利于他们的身心发展和运动成绩的提高,反而会损害他们的身心健康和身体
I have been teaching amateur sports schools for many years and I found in track and field training that sports training has a positive impact on children’s physical growth and development as well as the development and improvement of their athletic ability as well as their mentality and will-quality training.
