我院从2005年1月至2007年11月行后腹腔镜肾癌根治术52例,其中9例中转开放手术,报告如下。对象与方法1.一般资料:本组52例,男35例,女17例;年龄31～80岁,平均55.7岁。左肾27例,右肾25例;上极14例,下极26例,中部内侧4例,中部外侧8例;肿瘤直径1.6～7.2cm;T1N0M051例,T2N0M01例;术前
Our hospital from January 2005 to November 2007 laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in 52 cases, of which 9 cases were transferred to open surgery, the report is as follows. Subjects and methods 1. General information: The group of 52 patients, 35 males and 17 females; aged 31 to 80 years, mean 55.7 years. There were 27 cases of left kidney and 25 cases of right kidney. Among them, there were 14 cases on the upper pole, 26 cases on the lower pole, 4 cases in the medial part and 8 cases in the lateral part of the medial part. The diameter of the tumor was 1.6-7.2 cm, T1N0M051 and T2N0M01 cases
