简述国内外有关松材线虫病与松树化学方面的研究进展。对松树引诱信息物质、松树毒素及松树化学组成等与松材线虫病的相互关系分别进行讨论。证明β香叶烯、α蒎烯、β蒎烯、β水芹烯等对松褐天牛及松材线虫具有引诱作用;苯甲酸、儿茶酚、二氢松柏醇、8羟基香芹鞣酮、10羟基马鞭草烯酮等则对松树有毒害作用;而α王古王巴烯、长叶烯、去氢枞酸等有利于松材线虫的生存和繁育。
The research progress on pine wilt disease and pine wood chemistry at home and abroad is briefly reviewed. The relationship between pine attractant information material, pine toxin and pine chemical composition, and pine wilt disease were discussed. Prove that β-myceptil, α-pinene, β-pinene, β-phellandrene on the Monochamus alternatus and Bursaphelenchus xylophilus have attractive; benzoic acid, catechol, dihydrocortisone, 8 Hydroxy carvone tannin, 10 hydroxy verbenone and so on are toxic to pine; and α king ancient king of barpene, longifolene, dehydroabietic acid and other conducive to the survival and breeding of pine wood nematode.
