第六届全国红外科学技术交流会于一九八四年十一月二日至七日在河南省洛阳市举行,由中国光学学会、中国电子学会及中国宇航学会联合主办,63个单位共132名代表参加了会议.大会由中国光学学会红外、光电器件专业委员会林钧挺副主任委员和方湖宝委员主持,中国光学学会副理事长、中国电子学会量子电子学与光电子学学会主任张连华同志致开幕词,洛阳市国防科工办黄树主任和嵩洛光电发展中心科技委刘永恒副主任讲话致贺。会前,洛阳市刘德绪副市长等领导同志会见了会议领导小组的全体成员。本届会议的中心议题为红外探测系统及其应用。会议安排大会报告五篇和分组交流论文八十四篇,内容涉及跟踪制导、热成象、遥感以及测温等技术。大会交流的五篇特邀报告是:1.第三届红外物理国际会议概况(李世纯)2.星载红外遥感仪器的若干问题(匡定波);3.红外成象及遥感技术新趋势(吴宗兰,由张少川代为宣读);4.我国红外科学技术的现状和展望(俞福堂);5.英国热成象技术水平与特点(张志
The 6th National Symposium on Infrared Science and Technology was held in Luoyang, Henan Province from November 2 to November 7, 1984 and was co-sponsored by China Institute of Optics, Chinese Society of Electronics and Chinese Society of Astronautics, with 63 units totaling 132 Representatives attended the conference by the Chinese Institute of Optics and Optoelectronics Professional Committee LIN Jun-Ting, vice chairman and member of the party hosted by Lake, China Optical Society vice president, Institute of quantum electronics and optoelectronics Society of China Institute of Comrade Zhang Lianhua comrades In his opening address, Director of Huangshu of Luoyang Municipal Defense Science and Industry Office and Liu Yongheng, deputy director of Science and Technology Committee of Songluo Optoelectronics Development Center, delivered speeches. Before the meeting, Liu Dexu, deputy mayor and other leading comrades in Luoyang City met with all the members of the meeting leading group. The central topic of this session is the infrared detection system and its application. The meeting arranged five reports and eighty-four papers in the conference, covering such techniques as follow-up guidance, thermal imaging, remote sensing and temperature measurement. The five invited reports exchanged by the conference are: 1. Overview of the Third International Conference on Infrared Physics (Li Shichun) 2. Some Issues on Satellite-borne Infrared Remote Sensing Equipment (Marina Wave); 3. New Trends in Infrared Imaging and Remote Sensing Technology (Wu Zonglan, Described by Zhang Shaochuan on behalf of); 4 China’s current situation and prospects of infrared science and technology (Yu Futang); 5 British thermal imaging technology level and characteristics
