(一)概述 五十年代以来,齐格勒—纳塔催化剂在烯烃定向聚合工业生产中得到了广泛的应用。我院应用丙—丙镏分合成聚丙烯树脂的中间试验选择了TiCl_3—Alet_2Cl这一催化体系。 TiCl_3的制法很多,我们最初选用金属铝还原TiCl_4用振动磨研磨的方法制取S—TiCl_3。为提高TiCl_3的催化活性和定向度添加第三组分(六甲基磷酰胺、异戊醚)。活性提高到350pp克/克Cat,聚合物等规度达95%。实践表明活性提高幅度不大,所得聚合物的形态不
