近年来,随着威海市“科教兴威”和“人才强市”两大战略的深入推进,全市各级各类事业单位积极创新人才引进培养机制,不断加大人才培养投入力度,事业单位人才队伍不断壮大,人员结构更加优化,工作效能明显提升,有力地促进了社会事业健康平稳发展。笔者根据2012年全市事业单位工作人员统计报表所反映的数据,分析了近年来事业单位人事制度
In recent years, along with the in-depth promotion of Weihai’s strategy of “rejuvenating education through science and education” and “strengthening the market through talent”, all kinds of public institutions at all levels in the city actively introduce innovative personnel training mechanisms and continuously increase investment in personnel training . The contingent of personnel in public institutions has been continuously expanded, the personnel structure has been further optimized and the work efficiency has been obviously improved.
