研究具有催化活性的水解酶模型分子:三-(2-苯并咪唑甲基)胺(tris(2-benzimidazylmethyl)amine)与Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)三种金属离子配位形成的配合物的紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱。分析了MTB系列配合物的光谱的电子跃迁,计算了不同pH值时的荧光量子产率。通过分析不同金属离子配合物及不同pH值时荧光量子产率和催化水解活性的关系,发现NTB系列配合物随着催化活性的增加,荧光量子产率有所降低的规律.
The catalytic activity of hydrolase model molecules: tris (2-benzimidazylmethyl) amine and Cu (Ⅱ), Co (Ⅱ) and Zn (Ⅱ) Coordination of the complexes formed by UV-visible absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra. The electronic transition of the spectra of MTB series complexes was analyzed and the fluorescence quantum yield at different pH values was calculated. By analyzing the relationship between fluorescence quantum yield and catalytic hydrolysis activity of different metal ion complexes and different pH values, it was found that the fluorescence quantum yield of NTB series complexes decreased with the increase of catalytic activity.
