以不同类型水稻品种为供试材料,研究了水稻生长后期不同氮肥水平对稻谷产量及稻米品质的影响。结果表明,后期增施氮肥,能提高水稻每穗粒数、每穗实粒数、结实率和千粒重,从而增加水稻产量。但保花肥纯氮用量超过10 kg/667m2产量构成因素有下降趋势。后期增施氮肥,能显著提高稻米的蛋白质含量,提高稻米糙米率和整精米率,降低稻米的垩白率、直链淀粉含量和胶稠度。
Different types of rice varieties were used as materials to study the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer levels on grain yield and rice quality at the late rice growth stage. The results showed that the application of nitrogen fertilizer in the later stage could increase the number of grains per panicle, the number of grains per panicle, the seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight of rice, thus increasing the yield of rice. However, the amount of pure cotton nitrogen fertilizer over 10 kg / 667m2 yield components have a downward trend. The application of nitrogen fertilizer at the later stage can significantly increase the protein content of rice, increase the brown rice rate and milled rice rate, reduce the chalkiness rate, amylose content and gel consistency of rice.
