重庆是一个大城市,也是一个大农村。为推进平安城市建设,今年3月29日,重庆市召开了“平安重庆”建设动员部署会。会议提出到2012年,“平安重庆”建设主要指标要达到西部领先、全国一流水平,把重庆建设成为治安秩序良好、人民安居乐业、投资者安全放心的城市。4月9日,中共重庆市委、重庆市人民政府又作出了关于建设平安重庆的决定,决定中强调,要强化治安防控,建立集报案受理、查询监督于一体的城镇街头“阳光警务服务平台”;设立农村报警电话服务网点,开通手机短信报警服务平台,方便群众报警。至此,重庆农村地区的安全技术防范工作正式提到重要的议事日程。
Chongqing is a big city and a large rural area. To promote the construction of a safe city, on March 29 this year, Chongqing Municipality held the “Security Chongqing” mobilization and deployment meeting. The meeting proposed that by 2012, the key indicators for the construction of “Safe Chongqing” should reach the leading level in the west and the first-class in the country so that Chongqing will be built into a city with good public security and order, people’s livelihood and safe and secure investors. On April 9, CPC Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and Chongqing Municipal People’s Government also made a decision on the construction of a peaceful Chongqing. The decision emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of public security and establish a “ Service platform ”; set up rural police telephone service outlets, open SMS alarm service platform for the convenience of the masses alarm. So far, the security technology in rural areas in Chongqing formally mentioned the important agenda.
