背景:茯苓银花合剂(海尔福)口服液是右江民族医学院海尔福研制中心用中草药制成,曾对贵州省氟病区地方性氟中毒患者进行试验,结果排氟效果明显,但对工业性氟中毒患者生化指标变化及排毒机制尚缺乏系统观察。目的:观察高氟环境作业工人服用茯苓银花合剂(海尔福口服液)前后血清生化指标的变化,以验证其防治效果。设计:以诊断为依据的病例对照研究。地点、对象和方法:在广西百色市某化工厂(氟化盐生产)接触高氟作业工人服用茯苓银花合剂160名工人中,抽检30名工人(实验组),并测定其血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alaniaminotransferase,AlT)、丙二醛、氟、尿素等,进行治疗前后对比,并与非接触氟作业者(对照组)进行比较。主要观察指标:①两组工人血尿生化指标比较。②实验组服药前后血清后化指标比较。结果:实验组血氟、尿氟、ALT、丙二醛、血尿素均明显高于对照组(t=3.466~6.240,P<0.001)。实验组服药后血清ALT〖犤(0.266±0.152)μkat/L犦、丙二醛犤(5.13±1.44)μmol/L犦较服药前犤(1.156±0.399)μkat/L,(14.53±9.84)μmol/L犦明显降低(t=6.312,4.148,P<0.001),血清氟变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论:茯苓银花合剂口服液对高氟作业工人有明显保护肝脏功能和抗氧化作用。
BACKGROUND: The oral solution of yinhuahua mixture (Haierfu) was made with Chinese herbal medicine at the Haierfu Development Center of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities. It was tested on patients with endemic fluorosis in the fluorosis area of Guizhou Province. The results showed that the effect of fluoride excretion was obvious, but There are still no systematic observations on the changes of biochemical indexes and mechanisms of detoxification in patients with industrial fluorosis. OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of serum biochemical indexes before and after taking Fuling Yinhua Mixture (Haifufu Oral Liquid) in high-fluorine environment workers to verify its control effect. Design: A case-control study based on diagnosis. Location, object and method: In a chemical plant (fluorinated salt production) in Baise City, Guangxi, in which 160 workers exposed to high-fluorine workers were used to take the silver flower mixture, 30 workers (experimental group) were sampled and their serum alanine levels were measured. Alaminotransferase (AlT), malondialdehyde, fluoride, urea, etc. were compared before and after treatment, and compared with non-contact fluorine operators (control group). MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: 1 Comparison of hematuria biochemical indicators between two groups of workers. 2Comparison of post-treatment serum indexes in the experimental group. Results: Blood fluoride, urinary fluoride, ALT, malondialdehyde, and blood urea were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (t=3.466 to 6.240, P<0.001). The serum ALT level in the experimental group after treatment was less than (0.266±0.152)μkat/L犦and malondialdehyde(5.13±1.44)μmol/L, which was higher than that before administration (1.156±0.399)μkat/L, (14.53±9.84)μmol /L 犦 was significantly lower (t = 6.312, 4.148, P <0.001), and serum fluoride did not change significantly (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Qiyinhuahe Mixture Oral Liquid can obviously protect the liver function and antioxidation of workers exposed to high fluoride.
