保定市磚瓦厂通过狠抓质量管理制度,使产品合格率达到97.64%,一級品率达到95.06%,基本上消灭了等外品。他們的具体办法是: 第一,建立日查制。即車間对半成品执行一日三查制度,早查泥水、午查坯片、晚查架坯。檢查由車間质量員会同小組工人檢查員(只配合檢查本組)进行。早上工人进行二次和泥时,檢查泥的軟硬、生熟程度。中午坯子分散于坯場,便于檢查外观缺陷。傍晚坯子修好上架,檢查质量規格。对机坯的生产則按三关控制:抬板关,不合格产品不准运出机房。碼架关,次品不准上架入碼。装窑关,次品不准装窑。通过一日三查和三关控制,防止了不合格坯的产生和次品流入下道工序。
