目的 :将ORBSCAN Ⅱ角膜地形图仪与A超角膜测厚仪对角膜中央厚度的测量结果进行对比分析 ,寻找二者之间差异的规律性。方法 :随机选取 2 2 2例 ( 4 2 3只眼 )单纯屈光不正患者 ,对其角膜中央厚度分别行ORBSCAN Ⅱ和A超测量 ,将结果行统计学处理 ,并分析二者差值之间的分布情况。结果 :在对该 4 2 3只眼角膜中央厚度的测量中 ,A超测厚的结果为( 5 4 4 5 2± 3 2 4 3 ) μm ,ORBSCAN Ⅱ的测厚结果为 ( 5 15 3 9± 3 5 77) μm ,二者之间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。二者之间的差值的平均值为 ( 2 9 15± 13 61) μm。两种测厚方法的结果差值在 - 18~ 64μm之间 ,其中有 5 4 3 8%在 2 0~ 4 0 μm之间。具体分布及所占比例为 :差值≥ 60 μm的 2只眼 ,占 0 4 7% ;差值在 5 0~ 5 9μm的 2 6只眼 ,占 6 15 % ;差值在 4 0~ 4 9μm的 65只眼 ,占15 3 7% ;差值在 3 0~ 3 9μm的 12 6只眼 ,占 2 9 79% ;差值在 2 0~ 2 9μm的 10 4只眼 ,占 2 4 5 9% ;差值在 10~ 19μm的 67只眼 ,占 15 84 % ;差值在 0~ 9μm的 2 4只眼 ,占 5 67% ;差值在 0 μm以下的 9只眼 ,占 2 13 %。结论 :在中央角膜测厚方面 ,ORBSCAN Ⅱ测量值较A超测量值为小 ,二者之间的差值大多在 2 0~ 4 0 μm之间。A超测厚仍是目?
OBJECTIVE: To compare the results of ORBSCAN Ⅱ corneal topography instrument and A-corneal thickness instrument in measuring the central corneal thickness, and to find the regularity of the difference between them. Methods: Twenty-two patients (423 eyes) with pure ametropia were selected randomly. The corneal thickness was measured by ORBSCAN Ⅱ and A respectively. The results were statistically analyzed and the differences between them were analyzed The distribution of Results: In the measurement of the central corneal thickness of 423 eyes, the thickness of A corneal thickness measurement was (54,452 ± 3,243) μm, and the thickness measurement of ORBSCAN Ⅱ was (5,153,9) ± 3 5 77) μm, the difference was significant (P <0 05). The average of the difference between the two was (2 9 15 ± 13 61) μm. The difference between the two methods is between 18 ~ 64μm, of which 5443% is between 20μm and 40μm. The specific distribution and proportion were: 2 eyes with difference ≥ 60 μm, accounting for 0 4 7%; 26 eyes with difference of 50 ~ 59 μm, accounting for 6 15%; difference between 4 0 ~ 4 65 eyes of 9μm, accounting for 15 3%; 12 6 eyes with difference of 30 ~ 39μm, accounting for 299%; 10 4 eyes of 20 ~ 29μm, accounting for 245% 9 eyes, 67 eyes with difference of 10 ~ 19μm, accounting for 15 84%; 24 eyes with difference of 0 ~ 9μm, accounting for 5 67%; 9 eyes with difference of 0 μm less than 2 13 %. CONCLUSIONS: For central corneal thickness measurement, the ORBSCAN II measurement is smaller than the A-ME measurement, mostly in the range of 20-40 μm. A super-thickness is still head?
