随着我国油气产量的不断增长,石油天然气产业结构的不断优化,长输管道建设进入一个快速增长的时期,在这种形势下,如何做好长输管道工程监理工作,保证长输管道的质量,成为当前长输管道建设过程中的重点工作之一。本文结合目前长输管道建设的实际,首先从宏观上提出长输管道工程监理中存在的一些问题,并从管理、技术两个方面提出具体的对策。
With the continuous growth of China’s oil and gas production and the continuous optimization of the oil and gas industry structure, the long-distance pipeline construction has entered a period of rapid growth. Under such circumstances, how to do a good job of long-distance pipeline project supervision and ensure long-distance pipeline quality It has become one of the key tasks in the construction of long-distance pipelines. Based on the actual construction of long-distance pipeline at present, this paper first presents some problems existing in the supervision of long-distance pipeline project from macroscopic level, and puts forward concrete countermeasures from two aspects of management and technology.
