2012年下半年,与我国宏观经济企稳回升相对应,高新技术企业景气状况整体向好,高新技术企业景气指数和企业家信心指数稳步回升,回归至相对景气区间。企业原材料、劳动力价格等成本指数变动不大,随着销售相关指数的改善,盈利水平有所提高。企业融资环境改善较多,融资机会和融资成本指数都出现明显上扬。企业扩大生产意愿有所提升,固定资产投资、研发经费投入、劳动力需求、科研人员需求等指数均出现回升态势。
In the second half of 2012, corresponding to the stabilization and recovery of China's macroeconomy, the overall prosperity of high-tech enterprises improved. The prosperity index and entrepreneur confidence index of high-tech enterprises rose steadily and returned to relative prosperity. The cost indices such as raw materials and labor force of the enterprises showed little change. As the sales-related index improved, the profitability increased. Corporate finance environment improved more, financing opportunities and financing cost index showed a significant rise. The willingness of enterprises to expand their production has been raised. The indices of investment in fixed assets, investment in R & D, labor demand and the demand of researchers all showed signs of recovery.
