我厂是锻造加工专业工厂,全年模锻件的90%用电脉冲机床加工出的锻模生产。加工的锻模有大有小,大的可供给10T、5T模锻锤使用,小的可供给160T、300T摩擦压力机、φ500辊锻机使用。我们生产的锻件有军品,也有民品,如解放牌汽车的曲轴、连杆、凸轮轴、羊角;黄河牌汽车羊角,130汽车、140汽车、30拖拉机、131坦克、风冷发动机等等。下面简单介绍一下电极设计和电加工工艺。
I plant is a professional forging factory, annual forging pieces of 90% of the electrical pulse machine forging die production. Forging die are large and small, large available 10T, 5T forging hammer use, small can supply 160T, 300T friction press, φ500 roll forging machine use.
