我厂1982年以来研制了三个薄壁高锥体零件,其材料均为厚度0.4mm 的可代合金(铁镍钴合金),锥体底径与高度之比为1:1。按传统工艺,这类制件大多有锥体表面部分不平滑或锥体壁部厚薄不匀、有的整体变薄严重等缺陷,但这三个制件尺寸要求严格,光洁度要求高。现以其中一锥体为例,将制件研制情况分述如下。一、冲压工艺的确定1.制件的技术要求制件形状及尺寸要求如图1。(1)制件各部分尺寸要求严格,锥度部分的锥角公差只有±10′,φ2.6mm 的小孔公差
Since 1982, our factory has developed three thin-walled, high-conical parts whose materials are alloying alloys (Alnico) with a thickness of 0.4mm.
