日本是个兼包容与开放、传统与前卫、进取与保留并存的国家,日本的设计在这种民族性格里也有显著的体现。他在源源不断地吸收,却也牢牢把握着自己的根基,他们特有的“禅”味,不同于任何审美风格,他们直率不失内敛、狂野不失优雅、大方也注重细节。
Japan is a country that is both inclusive and open, both traditional and avant-garde, enterprising and preserving. Japan’s design is also evident in this national character. His endless absorption, but also firmly grasp their own foundation, their unique “Zen ” flavor, different from any aesthetic style, they straightforward without restraint, wild without losing the elegant, generous and attention to detail.
