不久前,在FT上看到一篇专栏文章《冷板凳你能坐多久?》给我留下了深刻印象。这篇文章讲述了在职场上两类人在遇到由权力人物变为非权力人物后的应对态度以及随后产生的后果。一类人坐了冷板凳很是气愤,不久就离开了所奋的公司(有趣的是,在有的人离开公司后不久,给他冷板凳坐的总裁也被赶下了台。如果他再稍微多忍一下,就算不被扶正,至少境遇也应该好转了)。一类是虽然权力被架空,却依然神采奕奕,上班时激情万丈,全然像没有冷板凳这回事一样。结果呢?过几年再回头看看,当年替代了他们的实权派们又已经走得差不多了,这些从主力被赶到替补位置上的“冷板凳高管们”却依然健在,并且随时有机会重掌大权。之所以对这篇文章留有深刻印象,只是觉得,作者讲的
