为促进地方与国际金融组织更好地开展合作,2014年4月,财政部国际司调研组赴湖南省开展专题调研。调研组与湖南省财政厅、发改委、教育厅、住建厅、农业厅、林业厅、“两型”办等省级政府部门以及湘潭、株洲、衡阳等地的政府部门和项目单位等进行专题座谈,并考察了世界银行贷款湖南城市发展项目、株洲清水塘重金属污染治理项目、大源渡航电枢纽工程项目等。
