通过一步法制备了一种新型异黄酮 7 羟基 4′ 甲基异黄酮 ,并设计合成了 5种新的衍生物。体外初步抗骨质疏松活性实验显示 ,这 6种化合物对体外培养的鼠骨髓成骨细胞的生长有较好的促进作用。
A novel isoflavone 7 - hydroxy 4 ’- methylisoflavone was prepared by one - step method and five new derivatives were designed and synthesized. In vitro preliminary anti-osteoporosis activity experiments showed that the six compounds on cultured rat bone marrow osteoblasts have a good role in promoting the growth.
