随着经济的高速增长，闽东南地区水资源状况已成为制约该地区经济的可持续发展的因素。为此，本文在对闽东南地区水资源情况的调查研究的基础上，从宏观和微观两方面出发，提出了促进水资源可持续利用的调控对策。
With the rapid economic growth, water resources in southeastern Fujian have become the factors restricting the sustainable development of the economy in the region. Therefore, based on the investigation of the water resources in the southeastern part of Fujian Province, this paper puts forward the control measures to promote the sustainable utilization of water resources from the macro and micro aspects.
