国企职工主人翁地位,既是一个理论问题,又是在实践中解释不清的难题。本文从现代产权关系理论出发,把按劳分配和按生产要素分配相结合作为理论依据;以法人财产权落实到人为目的;通过市场经济条件下的劳动力配置方式,恢复劳动者的劳动力个人所有权;最终以职工持股为有效实现形式,重新认识和确立国企职工的主人翁地位。
The status of the employees in the state-owned enterprises is not only a theoretical issue but also a difficult one that can not be clearly explained in practice. Based on the theory of modern property rights relations, this article takes the combination of distribution according to work and distribution according to production factors as the theoretical basis, the realization of legal person's property rights for man-made purposes, the restoration of labor's individual ownership of laborers through the allocation of labor in the market economy, With employee stock ownership as an effective form of realization, we should re-understand and establish the ownership of the staff and workers of state-owned enterprises.
