在外加间歇交变纵向磁场作用下 L D10 C S铝合金 He T I G 焊接条件下,通过对焊缝及热影响区组织的分析,研究了这种电磁搅拌方法对铝合金焊接接头组织和性能的影响规律,探讨了电磁搅拌提高 L D10 C S铝合金焊接接头塑、韧性的机理。本研究为深入了解电磁搅拌的物理机制奠定了基础。
Under the circumstance of intermittent alternating longitudinal magnetic field, the microstructure of weld and heat-affected zone of L D10 C S aluminum alloy were analyzed. The effects of electromagnetic stirring on microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy welded joints were studied. The influence of electromagnetic stirring on the plasticity and toughness of L D10 C S aluminum alloy welded joints was discussed. This study lays the foundation for understanding the physical mechanism of electromagnetic stirring.
