用MARC/Autoforge 软件对斜轧穿孔时圆坯在穿孔准备区的斜轧过程进行了三维热—力耦合分析, 得到了应力、应变场和温度场的分布特征, 其与物理模拟的结果吻合较好。本研究支持了实心坯斜轧时中心孔腔形成的 “综合应力”理论, 并发现了新的应力分布特征。
The three-dimensional thermo-mechanical coupling analysis of round billet perforation preparation area was carried out by MARC / Autoforge software. The distribution of stress, strain field and temperature field were obtained. The results were in good agreement with the physical simulation it is good. The present study supports the “integrated stress” theory of central cavity formation during solid slab rolling and the discovery of new stress distribution characteristics.
