独家高端领袖对话第一得亏得起《英才》:面对运力、造船“双过剩”的局面,你希望企业能飞起来,做了哪些商业模式的创新?胡问鸣:我们做了一些事,比如用节能新船型去创造和引领需求,成立境外租赁公司开展船舶、海工租赁业务帮助船东融资下单等,但我觉得这些对于中国造船界来说或许是一种创新,但是在市场经营与商业模式上来说算不上是什么创新,都是古老模式,只不过是中船集团一直没用过这些东西。

Things like creating new energy-efficient ship types and leading demand, setting up offshore leasing companies to launch shipbuilding and offshore leasing operations, helping shipowners raise financing orders, etc. However, I think these may be an innovation for the Chinese shipbuilding industry but at Market management and business model are not really innovations, are the ancient model, but the CSSC has never used these things.
