目的:建立部分二聚松香甘油酯中铅的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法。方法:将部分二聚松香甘油酯样品于瓷坩埚中低温炭化至无烟后,在马弗炉灰化,石墨炉原子吸收法测定。结果:灰化条件以480℃下灰化1.5 h为佳。适合的基体改进剂为0.5%磷酸二氢铵溶液。在选定的工作条件下,方法的线性范围为0.00~60.00 ng/ml,检出限为1.21 ng/ml,样品添加回收率为82.0%~93.5%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~4.4%。结论:方法快速准确,满足部分二聚松香甘油酯中铅含量测定的需要。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of lead in partially dimerized rosin glycerides by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: Partially dimerized rosin glycerides were carbonized to low temperature in porcelain crucible and then to smokeless. The samples were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry after ashing in a muffle furnace. Results: Ashing conditions were better at ashing for 1.5 h at 480 ℃. A suitable matrix modifier is 0.5% ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution. Under the selected working conditions, the linear range of the method was 0.00-60.00 ng / ml, the detection limit was 1.21 ng / ml, the recoveries of samples were 82.0% -93.5%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.4% -4.4%. Conclusion: The method is rapid and accurate and meets the need of determination of lead content in partially dimerized rosin glycerides.
