近几年来日本川崎钢铁公司水岛厂在轧钢加热炉上研究应用了改变传热方式的装置,经计算及实际使用的效果均证实由于传热效率的提高而使加热炉的热耗下降5%左右。这项措施比较简单易行,效果也比较显著,在当前我国能源供应紧张的情况下,如能及早移植推广为节约轧钢用燃料而服务,将是比较有实际意义的。为此特将该厂的研究应用情况介绍如下,供参考。
