苏丹麦洛维大坝工程号称苏丹的三峡工程,包含有了溢流坝、非溢流坝、厂房坝段、粘土心墙坝、面板堆石坝及均质土坝等多种坝型。其中厂房坝段设置10条直径为8.5m的引水压力钢管、共10台混流式机组,由法国ALSTOM公司供货及安装。由于工程处于撒哈拉沙漠的边缘,气候为典型的沙漠干旱、高温气候,为避免可能的温度裂缝,德国咨询拉美尔公司设计了大量温度抗裂3D钢筋,加之蜗壳机窝本就十分复杂的各种埋件、钢筋及阴角部位,使得该部位空间狭小、二期砼浇筑十分困难。本文将根据工程特点重点介绍厂房二期砼浇筑,以供类似工程施工参考。
